For the 2025 Match, IMGs had a ~67–68% match rate. Most matched into Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Pediatrics. To boost your chances, score well on USMLE exams, do U.S. clinical rotations, get strong LORs, apply widely, and prepare for SOAP as a backup.
