Applicants typically need high school or bachelor's credentials in science subjects, English proficiency, and in some cases, an entrance test or interview. Requirements vary slightly by school.
From my experience, most Caribbean medical schools require a bachelor’s degree, good GPA, MCAT scores, letters of recommendation, and a personal statement. Some also value clinical or volunteer experience.

Personally, I found that preparing early, staying organised, and connecting with current students really helped me understand what to expect and strengthen my application.
